Hi! My name is Judith. I was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York, growing up in a hardworking single-mother household that gave me the independence and drive to learn how to cook. Inspired by my Dominican roots, my journey began in my own kitchen, creating healthier versions of empanadas and juices for my daughters using natural ingredients. What started as a simple act of love soon became finger foods I shared with family and friends whenever they visited us.
What began as a personal passion quickly became my creative outlet, a way to connect, express myself, and bring people together through food that feels like home. Seeing the joy on people’s faces after tasting my creations inspired me to share this gift with my community… and perhaps, one day, with the world.
Today, Forever Empanadas offers handmade empanadas crafted from freshly prepared wheat flour dough and filled with bold, delicious flavors, designed to deliver comfort, culture, and crave-worthy taste in every bite. To complement them, we offer a refreshing line of cold-pressed and blended juices made with fresh, natural ingredients — including the fan-favorite Forever Green, an energizing blend that keeps people coming back sip after sip.
